In April 2024, we continued “making excellence a habit” during a BSI assessment.
We were able to demonstrate well monitored and measured quality objectives and effective operational processes, showing the quality management system assisting the organisation in achieving its intended outcome.
Just one minor non conformity was raised during the course of the assessment and a positive recommendation was made for continued certification to ISO 9001:2015.
